Thomas Obradovich is a graduate of the Haileybury School of Mines in Mining Technology and Advanced Field Geophysics. He has a wide range of experience in mining exploration, development and financing. Over a career of thirty-eight years he cofounded Canadian Royalties Inc. which discovered and developed the Raglan South Nickel Belt. He then acquired most of the Matachewan Gold Camp and through a reverse takeover of Young-Davidson Mines upgraded and doubled the resource which was subsequently acquired by Northgate Minerals in 2005. The project is currently in production producing over 200,000 ozAu per year for Alamos Gold Inc.. He was one of the founders of Aurelian Resources Inc. which discovered the Fruta Del Norte gold deposit in Ecuador which was subsequently acquired by Kinross. He raised the initial capital to start U3O8 Corp. which is developing uranium deposits in Guyana. He recently amalgamated a private exploration company, Canadian Continental Exploration with public company Conquest Resources Ltd. and id President and CEO of the TSXV listed entity. Mr. Obradovich became President and CEO of Barkerville Gold Mines in January of 2015 and turned the company into a debt free mining and exploration vehicle with a market capital in excess of $200 million and $60 million in treasury when he resigned in July 2016. He was appointed lead director of Dalradian Resources in 2011. The Company developed a multi million ounce gold deposit in Northern Ireland which was subsequently sold for $560 million to Orion Mine Finance. Mr. Obradovich took control over Sable Resources Ltd. in December of 2016 and transformed it to a pure greenfields exploration company. The company is currently developing the Don Julio Project in San Juan Province, Argentina in a joint venture with South 32 and the El Fierro AgAu property on its own. He was instrumental in spinning out Sable’s Canadian assets into a dividend for Sable shareholders in the form of a share of Talisker Resources for every 5 Sable shares held. Mr.Obradovich is now Chairman of Sable Resources Ltd.

Mr. Stevens is a professional geoscientist with over 25 years of experience in mineral exploration, contributing to the discovery of 14 mineral deposits in the Sudbury Igneous Complex, the Mid Continent Rift region, NW Ontario, and gold exploration success in the Abitibi Gold Belt.  Mr. Stevens is the co-founder of Transition Metals Corp., 2010, a publicly traded, multi-commodity exploration company, and its privately held parent company HTX Minerals Corp, that he co-founded in 2007. He is owner and operator of Stevens Geophysics Inc., supplying exploration geophysical interpretation services and bringing projects to the mineral exploration industry since 2007.  He has experience in managing exploration projects in North America, Brazil, New Caledonia and Africa.  Mr. Stevens holds a BSc. in Geology from Saint Mary’s  University and an MSc. in Geophysics from the University of Manitoba and is a member of the Professional Geoscientists Ontario (PGO) and the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Nova Scotia (APGNS).  He has held senior exploration positions for several senior and junior mining companies.  Mr. Stevens is co-recipient of the PDAC’s Prospectors of the Year Award 2004, for the discovery and economic significance of the Nickel Rim South deposit, Sudbury and the NWOPA’s Bernie Schneider Discovery of The Year Award 2014, for the discovery of the Sunday Lake PGE deposit, Thunder Bay, Ontario.

Ms. Yin is a financial executive with over 20 years of accounting, finance and management experience in the mining and manufacturing sectors. Ms. Yin is Senior Financial Advisor for Generation Mining Limited. She served as Vice President, Corporate Development of Canada Lithium Corp. and Corporate Controller of Torex Gold Resources Inc. Prior to that, Ms. Yin was Audit Manager at KPMG’s Toronto office where she gained a decade of experience in the energy, distribution and automotive industries. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), a member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario. Ms. Yin holds a Bachelor of Science from Qingdao University as well as a Master of Management & Professional Accounting from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.

Vice President of Exploration

Mr. Kleinboeck is a professional geoscientist with over 20 years of experience in mineral exploration where he has managed early through to advanced staged projects within Canada and the United States.  Mr. Kleinboeck holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Laurentian University, and is a member of the Professional Geoscientists Ontario (PGO).  He has held senior positions for several junior mining companies, and since 2014, he  has been the Project Manager for Canadian Continental Exploration Corp. until its successful acquisition by Conquest.  Mr. Kleinboeck has been active in the Temagami Mining Camp since 2000 where he has helped to advance projects such as New Age Metal Corp’s nearby River Valley PGM Project and discovered the Lismer’s Ridge Extension Deposit through prospecting followed by diamond drilling (14 mT PGE-Cu-Ni).  Mr. Kleinboeck  was involved with the Golden Rose Property in 2010 to 2011 after SNS Silver’s completion of their Phase 1 drill program.  Mr. Kleinboeck completed two small subsequent drill programs on the Property, leading to the second highest known drill intersection on the Property. Mr. Kleinboeck also owns and operates JMK Exploration Consulting, a geological consulting company and service provider located in North Bay, Ontario.

Mr. Kearney has over 45 years of experience in the mining industry. He is currently the Chair of the Board for Conquest and several public mineral exploration or development companies including; Labrador Iron Mines Holdings Limited, Buchans Resources Limited and Anglesey Mining Plc. He has served as a senior officer of more than thirty public companies in Canada, United States, Ireland and Australia. As Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive of Labrador Iron Mines Holdings Limited (LIM) he was responsible for the re-establishment of DSO iron ore mining operations in Labrador. From 2011 to 2013 LIM produced a total of 3.6 million dry metric tonnes of iron ore, which was sold in 23 cape-size shipments into the China spot market. From 2003 to 2019 he was Chairman and Chief Executive of Canada Zinc Corporation. 
He was also a senior officer of several public companies which developed various mineral properties and projects including; Minco Plc’s Pallas Green zinc/lead deposit in Ireland (Sold to Xstrata/Glencore in 2011) and the Curraghinalt gold property in Northern Ireland (Acquired by Dalradian Resources in 2017), Scandinavian Minerals Inc.’s Kevista nickel/copper Project in Finland (Acquired by First Quantum in 2008), Sulliden Exploration Inc.’s Shahuindo Gold Deposit in Peru (Acquired by Rio Alto Mining Limited in 2014) and Northgate Exploration’s two copper/gold Mines in Chibougamau, Quebec (Acquired by Western Mining in 1988). 
Mr. Kearney has been a Director and Member of The Executive Committee of the Mining Association of Canada, and a Director/President of The Northwest Territories and Nunavut Chamber of Mines. He is a member of The Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, The Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Law Society of Ireland. He holds degrees in Law and Economics from University College Dublin, an M.B.A. degree from Trinity College Dublin and the Osgoode Certificate in Mining Law from Osgoode Hall Law School. He qualified as a solicitor in Ireland and as a Chartered Secretary within the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in London.

Director

Mr. Palframan is a Director and is the  Chairman of the Audit Committee of Conquest Resources Ltd. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and is also currently Director/Chair of the Audit Committee of Zoomer Media Limited. He has served as an officer of public companies for a period in excess of 25 years.
Mr. Palframan retired on January 31, 2008 as Senior Vice President of Operations at CHUM Television in Toronto. He was previously Vice President, Finance & Administration, CHUM Television and Vice President, Finance and Operations of Learning and Skills Television of Alberta. Mr. Palframan was an Accountant and Audit Supervisor at a predecessor of Deloitte & Touche where he provided audit and consulting services to clients in Africa, UK, Europe and Canada. He has also operated a consulting practice providing finance, accounting and business services to primarily start-up or owner managed businesses.

Mr. Levy has over 25 years experience in financing and management of Canadian mining companies. Mr. Levy is currently President, CEO, and Director of Generation Mining Limited. He was formerly the President and CEO of Pine Point Mining which was acquired by Osisko Metals. Additionally, Mr. Levy held senior roles in the financial industry serving as a Vice President for Pine Tree Capital Ltd, Byron Securities and Taurus Capital.

Terence N. McKillen, M.A., M.Sc.

Mr. McKillen is a retired professional geologist with over 50 years of experience in the mining industry. He holds degrees in geology from the University of Dublin (Trinity College) and the University of Leicester. He is a lifetime honorary member of the Association of Professional Geoscientist of Ontario.
Mr. McKillen is currently a director of Xtierra Inc. Minco Exploration Plc and Buchans Resources Limited. He has extensive experience in exploration and development projects in Ireland, Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia, as well as North, Central and South America and has been involved in the discovery and/or development of several precious, base metal and strategic mineral deposits worldwide.
